Exercise Training will develop the strength and conditioning that the body needs, it will include elongation of the muscles, building firmness and strength and correcting the imbalances from injury or reconditioned lifestyle.

Training can begin at early as 6:30am and last session can start as late as until 3:00pm. Days will end at 3pm starting Monday, august 24, 2017.

Muscle (massage) Therapy addresses the muscular systems role in chronic pain or injury. We strategically challenge and progress an individuals muscular system for improved function by focusing on the purse of pain by testing, correcting and maintaining muscle contractile capability. I use Muscle Activation Technique (MAT), manual manipulation of the neuro-muscular system and massage therapy to develop a program for the body for correction from the neck to the feet.
